1. Digital Product Nature

✅  All of our products are digital downloads (such as templates pack). Because of the digital nature of these items, we cannot accept returns once a purchase is completed and the files have been delivered.

2. No Refunds After Download

✅  Once your order has been processed and you have received access to your templates (via instant download or email link), all sales are final and non-refundable. This is because digital products cannot be returned.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following rare cases:
✅  Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us within 7 days for assistance.
✅  Technical Issues: If you do not receive your product due to a technical error on our side (e.g., broken download link), we will promptly resend the product or provide a full refund.

4. Customer Responsibility

Please make sure you have:
✅  A free Canva account (all templates work with Canva Free).
✅  A reliable internet connection to download your files.
✅  We cannot issue refunds if your device is incompatible.
